POLICY 

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment we require 24 hour advance notice. We do understand that unforeseen circumstances arise and we will handle these on a case by case basis.

In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as but not limited to fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves, tsunami, floods, epidemic, pandemic, governmental orders), retainers are non-refundable. All appointments will be rescheduled and deposits goes toward appointment only.

RESCHEDULE POLICY

Reschedules must be at least 1 week of the original date booked. If you cannot reschedule within the next 4 weeks you will need to book a new appointment and pay a new retainer. Changing services the day of your appointment is considered a late cancel and you will be charged 50% of total services originally booked.

NO CALL, NO SHOW

No call no shows are charged 100% of service charge via card on file and are suspended from booking future services. If client confirmed appointment, did not show, and contacted Jaleesa Parris Beauty immediately after being charged this is still considered a no call no show.

RETAINER

A retainer of 50% is required at the time of booking in order to secure your appointment and some services require a full retainer. All retainers are non-refundable and goes toward your booked service balance. If you cancel your appointment your deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

PAYMENT

All sales are final. Jaleesa Parris Beauty accepts cash and debit/credit.

LATE POLICY

If you are running late please be courteous and send a text message or call letting us know that you will be late. We will then let you know if we can accommodate you or if you should reschedule. Same day rescheduling fee is valid and will be applied. A late fee of $15 will be added to your service if client is 15 minutes late to scheduled appointment. If you arrive late to an appointment, that time is deducted from your allotted service time. If client did not notify Jaleesa Parris Beauty that they will be late and arrives outside of grace period or does not show, this is considered a no call, no show and client will be charged 100% of service fee.

GUEST POLICY

No additional guest will be permitted inside the suite including kids. If you have guest with you, you can have them wait downstairs by the eating area towards the front of the building. If guest is not willing to leave, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to rebook including paying the retainer fee.

MINORS

Teen facials are for the ages of 13-17. Before coming for the service, a minor consent form must be signed by the parent.

COVID-19

If you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms, please notify us so we can reschedule you. Before every appointment a COVID-19 contract must be signed and a mask must worn upon entry to the suite.
